Employer’s statutory liability insurance

If an employer employs at least one employee, they are legally insured for the case of their liability for damage caused to the employee upon a work injury or industrial disease. The statutory insurance therefore applies to all employers regardless of the number of their employees, it does not only apply to governmental departments.
